Semi-Custom Skeleton
Skeleton Style Earmold The Semi Custom Skeleton is the most comfortable, versatile earmold design without taking impressions and making a custom mold. Skeleton style earmolds do not block your ear canal, this allows you to hear normally from the ear that you use for your earpiece. For police officers this provides the big advantage of maintaining situational awareness. In the office environment this allows that you can hear your customers or even answer the phone with the ear you use for your earpiece.

The Semi-Custom Skeleton Earmold comes in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large. Most Women wear a small and most men wear medium, we suggest that unless you are sure of a different size, this is what you order. You must also select left or right ear.

Skeleton Style Earpieces (tubing not included)
This CustomEarpiece is the solution for Dentists and other office workers that need a comfortable earpiece they can wear 8, 10 even 12 hours without discomfort.
The earpiece itself is designed to attach to a hearing aid type "button receiver" via a coiled tube. Skeleton Earpieces are available in both Custom and Semi-Custom varieties. The advantage of semi-custom skeleton earpieces is that they can be bought "off the shelf", they're less expensive and don't require an impression.

If semi-custom skeletons fit, they work very well and are very comfortable. Unfortunately, everybody's ear is a different size and shape, so semi-custom earpieces can't fit perfectly, they can range from very comfortable to uncomfortable. Semi-custom skeleton's are available in Small, Medium and Large for Right and Left ears. Most women are small and most men are medium.


Custom skeleton earpieces always fit perfectly; they are always comfortable for long periods. This is the ideal device for people who have to live with their earpiece in. An impression of the inside of your ear is required, and from that we manufacture a perfectly fit earpiece out of lucite material.
