We are committed to getting you a product that suits your needs at a reasonable price. We also believe it is our responsibility to provide you enough information to make a good choice when you buy from us.
Any stock item you purchase from Custom Earpiece includes a 30 day return for refund policy. We refund only the price of the item, not the shipping charges, and we may require a 15% restocking fee. We believe that if you bought something from us you had a desired result. We want an opportunity to meet your expectations. When you call 1-800-711-7317 the customer service representative will try to identify how we are not meeting your needs. Please try to help us help you. If a different product will better meet your needs we will pay shipping both ways for the swap. Any items that are to be returned should be in the original packaging.
Custom Molded products are handled differently. We’re sorry, but we cannot offer a refund policy on custom molded products. We will however go out of our way to see they fit comfortably. Sometimes this requires some adjustments. The Customer Service Representative will give you detailed instructions on how to mark the piece and where to send it.
